Seriously, how many knives do you need to make hot dogs in a butter-cream sauce?
BUTTER CREAM SAUCE
2 sticks butter 3 oz. cream 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. paprika
Melt butter over low to medium heat. Gradually add cream while stirring, until it thickens and coats spoon. Take off heat and add lemon juice, salt and paprika.
